Does anyone around here play much tourni poker?
I'm trying to convince a mate of mine that multitables ~$12 buy in 45/180 man tournis to post hands here.
Would he get much feedback though? |

I play some for fun and out of boredom, I was 4 of 4 in cashing Sunday Million and WCOOP $215 buyins until this past Sunday, oh well.
I usually multitable a bunch of $10-$27 BI tourneys a couple times a month (usually while intoxicated at 3am local time). |

| I am a pretty veteran sng player, though I am cash player now so I may be a bit rusty. I could help him if he posted hands, but most of us are cash players. Cash >>> donkaments anyways, you should try to convince him to switch. |

Yeah I've tried, but his arguments are good as to why not.
1. He's making sweet money in tournis.
2. He'd have to learn cash poker, which whilst he's learning wont pay the bills.
He did say tho that he'll make the switch once I'm earning more $$$ playing cash than he is playing tournis. Might be a while. |

I used to play SNGs back in the party days...played the highest they had going (mostly just 215's) but I'm RUSTY!!!!
MTTs I still play almost daily. A typical day for me would be 0-2 MTTs...averaging maybe like 300 per year.
I've won more then I can count overall (lots of like 80 person mtts etc.) but my main claim to fame is a couple live mtt wins for 5 figures.
I can FOR SURE give good advice for low buy in mtts...I'm double digit ROI overall in mtts...with my highest buy in being $5K. |
