Hi Guys,
I am thinking of getting the poker e-book by Improva from deuces cracked. Has anyone every read this book before or know any other good poker books that you can recommend ? Its not cheap at around 650 Aussie dollars.

An old thread but I'll reply anyway
I don't know anything about the book, and haven't watched his videos. I listen to the DC podcast (I love it) and there was this three part interview with Imrova. I was like WTF, why do they have a 3 part series with someone I've never heard about before. Well, I ended up listening to it and enjoyed it a lot. I thought he had a ton of interesting things to say.
I'd also be interested in buying that book. Although I have no idea whether its good or not, he charges €400 for it - but he includes two hours of coaching in the price. So it might be a very good deal.
Before you make a decicssion it would probably be a good idea to watch his videos. The podcast can be found here, and its free. He is on episode 55:

Thanks for the input bot.
Did anyone get this book? Any ideas on it?
in regards to what books to buy: I defer to Jnuey...he pretty much knows 10x the amount as I do on which coaches/books are good. |

| we just got "Exploiting Regulars" by Slowhabit/CTS ... at $150 on Amazon, it's not cheap (but still reasonable for these types of books). But we are planning to do a review on it, chapter by chapter. |

I'm gonna look forward to hearing what you thouhgt. I first mistook that you were talking about their more expensive book, Let There be Range- thought they had lowered the price quite a bunch Unfortunately no...
Btw, their books seem to be a bit cheaper from their site:

Is the Amazon versiona paperbook or e-book? |
